Another Day....

One more day of stickin' with it. Weighed in at 230.0 this morning (only .4 lbs less than yesterday - lame!). The book says that you should lose 8-13 lbs in the first two weeks, and I've lost over six in less than one week! I guess I'm doing pretty good. Maybe my body is evening out now.

First of all...you are funny. I like your posts, but I have to finish this the way I always leave comments and chat online...

alright, whew...enough of those capital letters and correct punctuation. mostly i just use the 3-dot punctuation, but i'll throw in some periods for you every now and then.

now for the real reason for my comment...i want to know what book you are talking about. what weight are you trying to get to, what are your goals, and how are you doing it? just curious...well, just curious because i need to lose 35 pounds.

oh, and i read this months ago, but just thought that i'd add that i must be one of your worst enemies...i LOVE wearing my pajamas everywhere...and usually do. :) sorry.

Hey Michawn!

I'm doing the South Beach Diet (and hence reading the South Beach Diet book). My goal weight is 175 lbs. It'll take me a while, but I'll get there. I'm also spending a few days a week on the ol' Bowflex. That's it!

How are things going for you guys?? I'd still love to come out and visit/minister - whatever!
